If for some reason we don’t blow your socks off, you can reach out within the 45 Day Trial and we'll set up a return.
To be eligible for a return, products must be sent back in their original packaging. Once you send back the product and it’s checked in at our warehouse, we'll issue a full refund minus the cost of shipping.

If the original packaging is not saved the packing charge will be passed on from the shipping partner.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order was placed with a free shipping promotion, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
White Glove Delivery is an optional service with an additional fee that we unfortunately cannot refund.
Custom furniture and items purchased as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for fraudulent or defective returns, such as return label tampering, at our sole discretion. We do not issue monetary refunds for lost or misdelivered orders in lieu of replacements.
