Our 5 year warranty extends to the original purchaser of our woven furniture, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, exposure to direct sunlight, placement in outdoor or high-humidity areas. Natural variations in the woven materials are not considered defects.
Our 5 year warranty applies to the original purchaser of our wood furniture, covering structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, unauthorized repairs, or natural aging of the wood, such as changes in color or grain.
Our 5 year warranty covers the original purchaser of our outdoor furniture, addressing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Damage resulting from prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions such as direct sunlight, heavy rain, snow, or freezing temperatures, unless the furniture is properly maintained and stored.
Changes in teak wood such as minor cracking, checking, fading, or discoloration, which are natural characteristics of the material and do not affect its structural integrity.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage, or lack of recommended maintenance, such as failing to clean or treat the teak as advised.
Issues arising from alterations, customizations, or repairs not performed or authorized by MasayaCo.
Gradual degradation from regular use, including surface scratches, minor dents, and other signs of everyday wear.
We recommend using furniture covers or storing products indoors during extreme weather to prolong their lifespan and maintain their beauty.
