Guarantee

Masaya & Co. warrants our products against defective materials or workmanship for 1 year, based on reasonable use.  Masaya & Co. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. Our warranty is limited as follows:

• The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligent use, misuse, accidents, ordinary wear, chemical treatments, refinishing, or acts of god.
• Leather is a natural product and each hide will reflect its own individuality, variations in tone and shade are to be expected, as are eventual scratches and wrinkles.

 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, let us know within 1 week of receiving it.  We will allow returns for a refund minus a restocking fee (15% of order or item being returned).
